SHOW REPORT

The Show Report must be completely filled out by the Division Secretary and signed by the Judge.

However, keep in mind that THE SHOW REPORT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE JUDGE.

All four (4) copies of the report should be legible and submitted within two (2) weeks of the date of a Show with copy number one (1) going to the Point Registrar, number two (2) going to the Editor of the Journal, and number three (3) to the Director of the Judge's Panel and number four (4) can be retained by the Judge.

It was decided by the Board of Directors that until all of the currently printed Show Report Forms are used that the 'Best Novice in Show' be hand written in the open space in the middle of the report.
