EXHIBITION OF LOVE BIRDS,  

COCKATIELS, AND BUDGERIGARS

1. SPBE has a memorandum of understanding with the African Love Bid Society in that we both frown on the exhibition of Love Birds in a Show having a separate Love Bird Division.

2. We will allow Love Birds to be entered when the bird is already an ALBS Grand Champion and in the case where the Exhibitor is only a member of SPBE and wishes to only exhibit in SPBE.

3. We follow these same rules in Cockatiels and in Budgerigars.

4. There is, therefore, a place for a Love Bird, Cockatiel, or Budgerigar to become a dual Champion, in its Parent Society and in SPBE.

5. However, we do frown on the exhibition of these three types of parrots in SPBE.
