COMPLAINTS

All complaints must either be in writing and accompanied by a check for twenty- five (25) dollars, or three (3) separate telephone complaints will be accepted. The complaints must come within thirty (30) days of the Show. The Judge will have thirty (30) days to submit his response to the complaint. A thorough investigation of ALL complaints will take place. If the complaint is founded, the earnest money will be returned. Judges will be fined twenty-five (25) dollars for founded complaints as well as for delinquent reports. When a Judge is found to be at fault for some reason, there will be a twenty-five (25) dollar fine levied for the subject at hand. If the same Judge is found to be at fault for the same reason at a later date, there will be one (1) year suspension. A third founded complaint will result in the termination of the Judge's privileges.

A founded complaint for a verbal, or written. communication employing abusive or derogatory remarks directed toward SPBE by a Panel Judge which proves to be detrimental to the integrity of the Society will result in permanent termination of judging privileges. commencing on January lst of the subsequent year.
