• Open steel bands are one-of-a kind. 

• Year will not appear on the band.

• Issue date and owner are kept in permanent S.P.B.E. records. 

• Prices are per band size. 

• Sizes cannot be combined for discounts. 

• Each size open band requires a different size applicator. 

• Applicators may be rented for $2.00/week; $25.00 deposit/applicator.
